Ceri Wood- Director
Ceri brings nearly 20 years of recruitment expertise, during which time she has cultivated an extensive and dynamic network that spans across a diverse range of industries. From Financial Services to Office Support, Accountancy Practice to Architecture, Ceri has built strong connections and a deep understanding of these sectors, ensuring she consistently delivers exceptional results for both clients and candidates alike.
Fun Fact: I grew up in pubs, where I learned the art of great conversation and service from an early age! I've also got some unique skills up my sleeve – I was once a bell ringer (yes, really). I was even presented with an Excellence in Customer Service award by the legendary Gloria Hunniford. And, as if that wasn’t exciting enough, I made a cameo in Hello! magazine at a friend's wedding. Safe to say, I've had some pretty memorable moments!

Alex Brookes- Director
With 10 years of recruitment experience, I have honed my skills working as a manager within the recruitment team for one of the largest architectural practices in the world. My career spans both UK and international recruitment, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the global talent landscape.
Fun facts about me: I’m a bit of a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for horses, people, and unique experiences. I spent years competing my horses and even worked in horse rescue and rehabilitation — so if you need advice on anything equine, I’m your girl! I also spent some time running a pub (yes, I can pour a pint like a pro), and I have a soft spot for good conversation and banter

Paul Withers- Director
Paul brings over 15 years of recruitment experience, having worked across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and IT. His career has been as dynamic and diverse as the industries he’s worked in.
But here’s the fun bit—Paul didn’t start his journey in the corporate world. Before diving into recruitment, he was a Hotel Entertainer, bringing smiles to guests while living and working abroad. This experience sparked his love for travel, and to date, he’s explored 24 countries across 6 continents.
Whether he's recruiting top talent or swapping travel stories, Paul thrives on connecting with people and discovering new opportunities—both professionally and personally.
